Everybody’s teeth will darken over time – we can’t prevent this! Teeth are also stained by certain foods and drinks, such as tea, coffee, red wine, colas, and smoking can make things even worse.
Well, the good news is that we don’t have to accept this anymore, as teeth whitning is a successful, safe and simple method of whitening the colour of your teeth – it really does work!
The degree of whitening achieved will vary from person to person and with the type of bleaching process chosen. We use the Home Whitening Process which is a gentle and predictable way of whitening your teeth.
How do we do it?
The technique involves taking moulds of your teeth, which are sent to a laboratory, where a technician makes custom made trays designed to closely fit your teeth (they’re kind of like very think mouthguards). This allows maximum contact between the whitening gel and your teeth. The whitening get is then inserted into the trays, which are then worn preferably overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours. Results are seen with 7-12 days – its that easy!
