Peter Moran

“I absolutely love my job!”. I feel privileged to say that, and I often think how lucky I am to be able to have such a positive impact on peoples well being and self confidence, through the treatments that we provide at Tralee Dental and Implant Clinic. I like meeting people and getting to know patients and becoming part of their lives, and they becoming part of mine.

I like educating myself, and learning about new techniques and skills that I can bring back to Tralee and often to my patients. Whether it be General Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry or Cerec Dentistry. I find my work exciting, and enjoy it immensely.

Outside of dentistry , I enjoy following sports – especially GAA, Rugby, Golf, Tennis and I really enjoy listening to music . I am married to my wonderful wife, Norma and I have 2 sons, that keep me very busy!

Michelle Frost

Hi, my name is Michelle and although born and bred in Cork I have been living and working hapily here in Kerry for the last few years! I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry from simple fillings to more complex procedures involving surgery or restoring implants. I find my job rewarding especially if I gain the confidence of an apprehensive patient and once their treatment is complete have them leave the surgery with a satisfied and improved smile. Due to the variety of treatments we provide and the people we meet no two days are ever the same!

Outside of the working day, I have an interest in most sports and am currently training for my first Half Ironman. I also enjoy being by the sea and surfing, albeit not very well!

Siobhan O Neill

Hi, my name is Siobhan and I work as a hygienist here at Tralee Dental and Implant Clinic. My job involves assessing the health of your gums, removing the soft and hard plaque from your teeth and working with patients to show them how to keep every surface of every tooth clean every day! As a result you get to hold onto your teeth and have a great smile!

I can honestly say that I love my job and I aim to make every patients experience a positive one.

Caroline Huthchnsion

Hi, my name is Caroline. I have worked in the practice for 25 years I really enjoy my work as both a receptionist and dental nurse. What I enjoy most is the day to day variety of all the different aspects of dentistry. I also like meeting and greeting both existing and new patients.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking and reading and nights out with the girls!

Hilary Garvey

I have worked in the practice for many years. Dentistry has been in my family as my father, a dentist Ned Ryan, opened the pracitce in the early 1950’s. It has been very interesting to see how dentistry has progressed over the years, from mostly extractions and basic fillings in the early years to more complex cosmetic work and the placement of implants.

Nora Scanlon

Since acquiring my dental nursing qualification I have worked at the practice. I have always had an interest in being a dental nurse and love the variety and different aspects of the job. I really enjoy my work, especially the restorative treatments such as cerecs and implants. I deal with the public on a daily basis, which can be challenging but also rewarding. I like working as a team member, we have a very efficient and hard working group of people in our practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising and playing GAA with my local team.
